1. Digital Delivery
Digital IDPs and driving guides are delivered by email, typically within minutes of successful verification and payment. No physical shipping is involved for digital-only orders.
2. Printed Booklets
Orders that include a printed booklet are shipped once your application has been verified. Printed booklets are shipped worldwide.
3. Processing Time
Verified orders are typically handed to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic addresses: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- International addresses: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal conditions, or events outside our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your booklet ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your booklet hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact our support team at support@internationaldrivingpermitagency.com or through our contact page and we'll investigate with our shipping partner or arrange a replacement.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
